Terms of use
These terms apply to keepmywatch.com and the KeepMyWatch apps (together, “the service”). By using the service, you agree to them.
Who we are
KeepMyWatch is made by Ran Bigon, an individual developer in Israel (“we”). Contact: support@keepmywatch.com.
KeepMyWatch is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple or Google.
What the service does
KeepMyWatch brings your phone’s alerts to your watch and lets you act on some of them from the watch. It depends on things outside our control: your devices and their settings, Wi-Fi and cellular networks, Bluetooth, and Apple’s and Google’s delivery services. We work to make it reliable, but we can’t promise that every alert arrives, or arrives on time.
Don’t rely on KeepMyWatch for emergencies or for anything where a missed or late alert could cause harm, such as medical, safety or security alerts.
Price and trial
KeepMyWatch costs $9.99 once, after a free 7-day trial. It isn’t a subscription. The purchase is made and charged by the App Store or Google Play, in the watch app, and their prices, taxes and payment terms apply. Refunds are explained in our refund policy.
Your licence
We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the apps on devices you own or control, under these terms and the terms of the store you got them from. If those store terms conflict with these terms about the store purchase, the store terms apply.
Fair use
Please don’t misuse the service. That includes trying to access other people’s data, interfering with or overloading our relay, copying or reverse-engineering it to build a competing service, or using it to break the law.
Changes to the service
We may improve, change or remove features, for example when Apple or Google change their systems. If we ever stop running the relay that the Apple Watch direction needs, we’ll give at least 90 days’ notice in the apps and on this website.
Responsibility
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by alerts that don’t arrive, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for KeepMyWatch. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be excluded.
Privacy
How we handle data is explained in the app privacy policy and, for the website sign-up, the privacy notice.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have jurisdiction. If you’re a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we’ll update the date below. Important changes will be shown in the apps before they apply.
