Refund policy
You can try KeepMyWatch free for 7 days before you pay, so you can check that it works with your watch and phone. If something still goes wrong after you buy, here’s how refunds work.
Bought on the App Store (Apple Watch app)
Apple sells and charges the purchase, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, and Apple decides. We can’t issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves, but if you write to us we’ll help you with the request.
Bought on Google Play (Wear OS watch app)
Within 48 hours of buying, you can request a refund directly in Google Play. After 48 hours, write to us at support@keepmywatch.com with your order number. If KeepMyWatch doesn’t work for you as described, we’ll refund the purchase through Google Play.
If it stops working
If something you paid for stops working because of a problem on our side that we can’t fix, write to us. We’ll refund you through Google Play, or support your refund request to Apple.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you, including the right to cancel a purchase where that law gives one.
